GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN THE FAR FLUNG OUTDOOR CENTER TEAM?
We’re a group of folks sharing a passion for the great outdoors. If leading groups down the Rio Grande or through the Big Bend in Jeeps or ATVs sounds like your idea of fun, you’ve come to the right place! We offer competitive wages in one of the most beautiful deserts in North America.
The Rio Grande is one of the only rivers in the United States that operates through the winter and spring months. With over 225 miles of navigable river, we offer trips ranging from 1/2 day river tours to full day river tours all the way up to 7 day multiday river tours, giving our staff plenty of opportunities to see the different faces of the Big Bend.
With over 1,000,000 acres of public land, between the State and National Parks, we have plenty to see and experience for those looking to work with us as Overland Tour guides. Whether it involves our open-air jeep tours or our guided ATV tours, staff interested in seeing an exciting face of the Chihuahua desert have plenty to experience.
We are currently accepting applications for our 2025-2026 season. We are in need of river guides, Jeep & ATV guides, shuttle drivers, office and housekeeping staff.
