Arriving by train
Amtrak(opens in a new tab) (800-872-7245) has service several times a week into Alpine, but don’t be in a big hurry, as the train can sometimes run late. Local rental car service is available at Alpine Auto Rental. Alpine Auto Rental(opens in a new tab) (800-894-3463) has vehicles available out of Alpine, Texas and can deliver them to the Amtrak station or Alpine airport.
